Why Ploink exists
My mom is a hairstylist. Her book was paper: a pencil, an eraser, an arrow whenever someone moved, a crossed-out name whenever someone cancelled. I wanted to build her something that felt like that book, only kinder. It knows color keeps processing while she's free. It remembers her clients. It never loses a Thursday.
She uses Ploink with real clients now, and every feature comes from watching her work. Now I'd love to get it into the hands of every stylist, tech and tattooist who's ever squinted at a smudged page.
